Catharon J. Miller, MBA, AVA Ms. Miller has over a decade of experience valuing both private and publicly traded middle market businesses. Ms. Miller offers practical insight into each valuation assignment leveraging her extensive transaction experience, including direct investments, sales, merger and acquisitions, fairness opinions, financings, and strategic planning. Previously, Ms. Miller was an investment professional with Lone Star Funds, a private equity firm with $24 billion in invested assets and provided client services as a Vice President with William Blair & Company's corporate finance and M&A department. During her tenure there, she executed and managed fairness opinions and valuations associated with over 20 completed transactions across a wide variety of industries. Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction in Business from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and an Accredited Valuation Analyst. Ms. Miller is a member of the President's Leadership Counsel for the Field Museum and a committee member for Point Foundation and St. Chrysostom's Day School. |
