James A. Krillenberger, CFA, ASA Mr. Krillenberger has more than 15 years of experience valuing business interests and intangible assets. Mr. Krillenberger is an adjunct instructor at the University of Notre Dame, teaching the Mergers and Acquisitions class in the Executive MBA program on Notre Dame’s South Bend and Chicago campuses. Jim Krillenberger has served clients previously as a partner in the global accounting and consulting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a partner in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, and as a Managing Director in the valuation practice of Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Krillenberger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Mr. Krillenberger also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation conferred by the CFA Institute and he is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) as conferred by the American Society of Appraisers. Jim is a member of the executive board of The Community House in Hinsdale, Illinois and a volunteer coach for Hinsdale Little League baseball. |
