Business Valuations – Manager/Senior Analyst

Responsibilities
ValueKnowledge LLC is seeking a Manager/Senior Analyst for our Chicago office. The selected candidate will assist on multiple client engagements as a member of a team and will be responsible for the following:

• Day to day project management and client interaction;
• Development of business valuation models and conclusions;
• Writing and reviewing valuation reports,
• Training and supervising Analysts and Senior Analysts,
• Research and updating fundamental valuation empirical analysis, and,
• Assisting in new business development.

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:

• a bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, mathematics or other related quantitative disciplines or an MBA;
• 3+ years of Business Valuation experience
• strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• will need strong client service skills;
• demonstrate clear and concise communication and writing skills;
• demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic; and
• proficiency with MS Office, with a strong proficiency in Excel;

Successful candidates must be available to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Salary is competitive with a bonus potential.

Entry Level Analyst

ValueKnowledge LLC is seeking an entry level Business Valuations Analyst for our Chicago office. Qualified candidates will assist on multiple client engagements as a member of a team and will be responsible for the following:

• Completion of market research;
• Development of business valuation models;
• Assisting with the issuance of valuation reports, and,
• Compilation of project documentation.
